Bio on Timothy Eyre, Founder of Eyre & Company.

Timothy Eyre launched Eyre & Company, general contracting, in 1993 with 9 years experience in construction.  His experience ranged from material installer to foreman for E & E Acoustics II.  In Tim’s early years he concentrated on commercial work, from Tenant Improvement to Schools, in the Lake Oswego school district.  Since opening Eyre and Company’s doors he has done projects for Food Facility Planning which included restaurants like: Figaro’s Pizza, Jin Wa , Happy Panda, GoGo’s, and Zab Thai.   He has also partnered with Warneking Construction on several projects such as, NW Medical, a nonprofit medical organization.

With care and personal pride, Tim has renovated several homes in the Portland Metro area; including an addition to a turn of century Victorian home for the O’nion’s, and total remodel of his own modern home.  Not only did Tim's design and project experience bring these classics back to life, but created dramatic new kitchens and baths, outdoor rooms, exotic front porches, and more functional living spaces.

Tim is a licensed Oregon General Contractor.  He is the cofounder of Camp R&R, a local retreat that he and his father-in-law founded in 1998; the camp serves the community by hosting several family reunions, weddings, church outings, and local group outings.
